Theja Sree Ladies PG is a product deployed under CSEDGE Pulse, a wing of CSEDGE. Please read our strict refund and trial policies carefully before subscribing to our services.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

CSEDGE does not provide any refunds after the payment is completed.Once a subscription, add-on, or service fee has been processed, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, mid-cycle cancellations, partial usage, or failure to utilize the software.

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time.

2. 14-Day Free Trial Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial to allow prospective customers to evaluate the Theja Sree Ladies PG platform before making a financial commitment. However, this trial is subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Direct Registrations Only: The 14-day free trial is available exclusively to users who register directly, without using a referral code.
  • Referral Registrations: Any person who registers using a referral code or affiliate link cannot avail the 14-day free trial. For referral-based registrations, payment must be completed upfront to access the platform.

3. Plan Modifications

If you choose to downgrade your subscription plan, the new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for the difference in price for the current billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be billed for the prorated difference.

4. Account Termination

If your account is terminated by CSEDGE due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any refund for the remaining period of your subscription, and access to the platform will be revoked immediately.
